Let's start the 2023 with swimming together and make waves again. This event is meant to be like an open training, you can come and practice what you need. I can show you more tips and tricks in the water, how to improve anything that needs to be improved or more clear.
We can work on:
- Flipturns
- Starts or falls
- Diving
- Lifesaving basics
- Swim style details
